Hammer & Forge Brewing Co. exists as a celebration of the hard worker in every industry. They brew each beer to honor the dedication of everyday hard working people; individuals who see each new day as an opportunity to improve themselves and the world around them.
Alternate Logo Option
A down-to-earth, local company selling beautifully brewed beers, custom designed by a single dedicated man in Boones Mill, Virginia. The owner came to me with a rough idea sketched on a yellow pad.
The goal was to develop a new brand + logo + collateral pieces for Hammer & Forge and, eventually an informational website. The focus was on dedicated the beer to the hard working local. Good beer takes time, as does metal smithing. The forge reflects the concept of quality, experience, time, and knowledge, which are major factors needed to create a great beer.
Final Result
An Industrial, flexible logo that hints of both beer bottle top and a gear.
Website
The website was created to support the locals and direct them to events & info. They can’t sell their product online, so local was very important.
