Fulfillment

It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. While we would love to compete with the expectations with Amazon, we do not have the staff to! I appreciate your understanding on this.

Shipping

The average shipping time is 4 business days or less depending on the delivery destination. We are currently shipping only to the United States. For out of U.S. deliver inquiries please contact studio@sarahsavoie.com

Delivery

Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it’s delivered to the end address. Original Paintings will offer the option of a signature confirmation.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If customers notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem inquiry to studio@sarahsavoie.com

Wrong Address

If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer

Please contact studio@sarahsavoie.com to start a return. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse but will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you for any damages on the print.

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement PRINT order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but a customer thinks they haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order it will be resolved on a case by case basis.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to studio@sarahsavoie.com, then we’ll gladly send a print replacement at no cost to you.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

What if the recipient’s address was wrong?

If the recipient’s address was wrong, the customer is held responsible.

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered to the customer, but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Painting and Pixels won’t cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.” If your customer is unable to locate the package, please contact studio@sarahsavoie.com and we will review the issues on a case by case basis.
